Beyond Millennials: Under Armour’s Amy Much Discusses Crafting a Compliance Program for the Modern Workplace

Countless pundits make their living pontificating about how millennials and their tech-heavy, socially responsible attitudes are changing the modern workforce. While this may be true, Under Armour’s ethics and compliance officer Amy Much argues that many of the traits that are often attributed to millennials can also be attributed to all of a company’s modern-minded employees. Rather than focusing on the differences between millennials and baby boomers, Much suggests that compliance professionals think about how shifting societal norms and behaviors might affect a company’s compliance program.
