Creating a global compliance program can be challenging when local norms may not jibe perfectly with the compliance program designed at headquarters. Jimmy Chatsuthiphan, regional compliance director at Uber based in Singapore, has spent most of his career moving back and forth between Asia and the United States, as well as between roles in compliance and investigations.
