Insights From Jimmy Chatsuthiphan of Uber on Compliance and Culture in APAC

Creating a global compliance program can be challenging when local norms may not jibe perfectly with the compliance program designed at headquarters. Jimmy Chatsuthiphan, regional compliance director at Uber based in Singapore, has spent most of his career moving back and forth between Asia and the United States, as well as between roles in compliance and investigations. In an interview with the Anti-Corruption Report, he discussed how these multiple perspectives have helped him navigate cultural differences to create engaging trainings and encourage a speak up culture.
