New Head Says the Criminal Division Is Open for Business

Despite the pandemic, and the travel bans and court closures it has spawned, the DOJ is “open for business,” according to Brian Rabbitt, the new Acting Assistant Attorney General of the DOJ’s Criminal Division. At a recent virtual conference, Rabbitt and other key enforcers from the SEC and DOJ discussed how FCPA investigations have changed due to the pandemic, as well as the significance of the recent updates to both the ECCP and the FCPA Resource Guide.
