The first half of 2026 has seen two very different settlements of bribery and corruption allegations, one with Balt SAS in both the U.S. and France, and another with Ultra Electronics Holdings Ltd in the U.K. While the particulars of each case differ, both highlight some common questions that companies should be asking about their compliance programs.
