More than six months have passed since the DOJ issued the September 2015 Memorandum from Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates regarding Individual Accountability for Corporate Wrongdoing. While the full effects of the Yates Memo are still being debated, its impact on how companies investigate and resolve possible corruption issues is already palpable. On May 16, Quinn Emanuel and the Anti-Corruption Report will host a panel in New York addressing the challenges of navigating internal investigations and negotiations with the government in the post-Yates Memo era.
