Brazil’s Five-Year Anti-Corruption Plan: Takeaways for In-House Counsel and Anti-Corruption Lawyers

Brazil has announced an ambitious Five-Year Anti-Corruption Plan that contains a number of new initiatives likely of interest to in-house counsel and anti-corruption practitioners who work with companies doing business in Brazil.
