Anti-money laundering laws and sanctions regimes have become essential tools for combating corruption and other illicit activities. A recent Gibson Dunn program offered an analysis of the evolving U.S. AML and sanctions landscapes, recent regulatory guidance and the aggressive enforcement environment.
