Making the Most of a Monitorship

After an FCPA investigation, company personnel are often fatigued, but if a monitor is part of the settlement, they must quickly learn what the monitorship entails and what the monitor will ask of the company. In a recent WilmerHale presentation, partners Ronald Machen, Erin Sloane and Stephen Jonas, and counsel Emily Stark gave advice on how best to work with a corporate monitor.
