The first half of 2014 brought significant anti-corruption enforcement developments in the U.S. and abroad. In a recent webinar, attorneys from Davis Polk & Wardwell examined the trends that are shaping the global enforcement landscape and how companies can use them to improve their compliance programs. In this, part two of the article series covering the webinar, Davis Polk attorneys discuss international cooperation in anti-bribery investigations and changes in the FCPA enforcement climate, including the increasing use of administrative proceedings by the SEC.
