When does a contribution to a foreign political party or candidate become an FCPA violation? The FCPA prohibits making such contributions in exchange for something of value, but on the ground, identifying a problematic contribution can be challenging, experts told the Anti-Corruption Report. This article discusses the risks associated with making political contributions and details the government’s guidance on the topic.
