On November 3, 2015, Hui Chen began work at her new job as compliance counsel to the Fraud Section of the DOJ’s Criminal Division. Since the DOJ announced the creation of the role in July, there has been no shortage of speculation about the meaning of the new position for FCPA enforcement.
