Using the Kirkpatrick Model to Measure Healthcare Compliance Training Effectiveness

Healthcare compliance officers must be able to determine whether employee training has been effective and identify any gaps in learning. During a panel at the 26th Annual Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Ethics and Compliance Congress, experts used the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate trainings at four different levels: reaction, learning, behavior and results.
