Anti-Corruption Day Video Spotlight: APAC

Asian economies have slowly been reopening after the stringent pandemic-related lockdowns, and after a slowdown of enforcement activity during the COVID pandemic, there was an uptick in 2022, especially by local regulatory authorities in Southeast Asia. As part of ACR’s Editor in Chief Rebecca Hughes Parker’s virtual trip around the world in partnership with the American Conference Institute, she spoke to Nathan Bush, a partner at DLA Piper, and Campbell Clark, vice president, legal and compliance, Asia Pacific, at Medtronic about the compliance landscape in the APAC region.
