    A Comparison of Anti-Bribery Laws in the U.S., U.K., China, Germany and India

    In this era of increasing international cooperation, anti-corruption compliance programs cannot consider only the FCPA.  Various anti-bribery regimes must be addressed in a multi-national company’s program to adequately protect the company from the growing threat of global enforcement and “carbon copy” prosecutions.  This chart, developed by T.
