Miller & Chevalier Hires Brian Fleming to White Collar Practice

Miller & Chevalier recently announced the hire of Brian Fleming, former Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General. Fleming’s practice will focus on regulatory compliance across a variety of governmental agencies, as well as conducting internal investigations and defending companies and individuals in enforcement actions.
