Former FCPA Trial Attorney Joins Foley & Lardner

Rohan Virginkar has returned to Foley & Lardner as a partner in its government enforcement, compliance and white collar practice, the firm recently announced. Virginkar joins from the DOJ, where he was a Trial Attorney with the FCPA Unit. As a prosecutor, he led a number of investigations into FCPA violations, including a case against a major global pharmaceutical company, which resulted in more than $280 million in combined penalties and fines.
