Linklaters’ Global Investigations Group Adds Former Counsel to the SEC Chair

Doug Davison, who previously served as Counsel to SEC Chair Arthur Levitt, has joined Linklaters in Washington, D.C., as a member of its global investigations and white collar crime team, the firm announced. Davison also served as Branch Chief of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. In that role, he oversaw investigations evaluating and enforcing compliance with the federal securities laws.
