Former SEC FCPA Unit Senior Counsel to Join EY’s Fraud Investigation Practice 

EY recently announced the hire of Liban Jama as a partner in its fraud investigation and dispute services practice. Jama, who joins from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board where he was a senior advisor, served at the SEC from 2005 to 2015. From 2010 to 2011 he was senior counsel of the SEC’s FCPA Unit, and was a senior advisor to Chair Mary Jo White from 2013 to 2015.
