SDNY Prosecutor Brendan McGuire Joins WilmerHale’s Investigations and Criminal Litigation Practice

Brendan McGuire, who served for more than a decade as an AUSA in the SDNY, has joined WilmerHale’s New York Office, the firm recently announced. While at the SDNY, McGuire served as Chief of the office’s Public Corruption Unit and led cases involving violations of the federal fraud and bribery statutes – including the FCPA – securities fraud, healthcare fraud and tax evasion.
