Training Insights From In-House Experts (Part Two of Two)

Training employees on corruption and how to avoid it is a necessary part of an effective compliance program – this is uncontroversial. But deciding what to teach, and how exactly to teach it, is a knottier issue for companies. Should the focus be on explaining the laws or a company’s policies?
