Andrew E. Tomback Joins McDermott in New York

McDermott Will & Emery recently announced that Andrew E. Tomback has joined the firm as a partner in its White Collar & Securities Defense practice, based in New York.  Tomback comes to the firm after serving as General Counsel at Scientific Games Corporation.  He was previously a partner at Zuckerman Spaeder and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he defended corporate clients and individuals in both civil and white-collar criminal and regulatory investigations.
