Veteran Federal Prosecutor Patrick S. Sinclair to Join Ropes & Gray’s Government Enforcement Practice in Hong Kong

On September 15, 2014, Patrick S. Sinclair joined Ropes & Gray as a partner in the government enforcement group.  The team provides counsel in high stakes, highly sensitive international internal investigations related to securities enforcement, the FCPA and other international criminal matters.  Until August, Sinclair was Deputy Chief of the General Crimes Section in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. He initially joined the firm in New York and will relocate to Hong Kong in early 2015.
