Kilpatrick Townsend Continues Growth in Shanghai

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has announced that Harold Chen and Yan Qi have joined the Shanghai office as associates and members of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team.  Chen and Qi come to Kilpatrick Townsend from the Shanghai office of Fredrikson & Byron.  See “Understanding and Tackling China’s Corruption Challenges” (Mar. 5, 2014).
