Kathleen Hamann has joined White & Case LLP as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office. Hamann joins from the DOJ where she was an anti-corruption policy counsel and trial lawyer assigned to the FCPA Team in the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section. She was the longest-tenured prosecutor in the FCPA Unit at the DOJ at the time of her departure, leading multi-jurisdictional investigations and negotiations and working extensively with monitorships in the FCPA context.
